Health and Well-being Coaching Online
Most of us want to be healthier, fitter and feeling better, to various degrees, with the hope that we will be able to maintain this sense of physical and emotional wellbeing as we grow older, whilst reducing the likelihood of developing ‘age-related’ diseases. But, it can be challenging to know what to do to achieve these states, as well as to maintain any new healthier practices that are required.
My 3 decades of experience in the world of health and wellness can be an invaluable support to help you make effective and useful changes. The coaching sessions can support you to improve your health, diet, well-being & life-balance by enabling you to adopt new habits, make better choices and develop helpful practices. Regular calls can help you stay on track, provide accountability and support you to make permanent lifestyle changes much more easily than it would be if you were attempting to do it on your own.
I work with both individuals & with groups online (Skype, Google Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp, etc) or by phone. This format means that getting access to experienced, effective, tailor-made support directly for you and your specific needs wherever you are is incredibly accessible.

Individual Coaching
This is focussed on your particular needs and wants. I can help you to find clarity on what changes you want to make or goals you wish to achieve and give you practical guidance about how to realise them.
The most effective way to make these positive changes permanent and easy, is to commit to a series of coaching sessions. You can book 8 at a time (at a reduced rate). I can then accompany you with regular calls to provide support by developing and tweaking your personalised program over time, as well as helping you to overcome any of the mental/emotional/habitual blocks that might normally get in your way. In this way, I can support you to continually make deeper and more valuable changes as we move forwards but at a comfortable pace. I can also keep you accountable and celebrate your successes with you.
Single Coaching session costs £150 for 1 hour.
A series of 8 x coaching session costs £960 (£120 each).
Group Coaching
This is often focussed on supporting a few people to accomplish various health goals at the same time or else may be focussed on supporting a group to achieve a particular goal eg giving up sugar, integrating intermittent fasting, or transitioning to a Plant Rich diet, etc. These sessions may be weekly or may occur several times per week depending upon the actual program.
Occassionally Jem runs online group juice fasts too, so that you can have the camaraderie and momentum of going through a gentle detox process with others at the same time.
